Kate joined Ideal in June 2023, from a local commercial cleaning business. Her outstanding communication skills and organisation abilities she has taken full control of the operatives who sit under her. Never one to be afraid of getting her hands dirty, Kate will always go above and beyond when it comes to managing her contracts and her experience with large clients means she will not shy away from a challenge.
