After joining Ideal, in 2017, as a mobile cleaner Andrew showed great determination and responsibility in his role. His leadership, attitude and commitment in the role meant he was a ‘Ideal’ candidate for East Midlands Regional Manager. Although there have been tough times he claims “I’ve had fantastic support from everyone at Ideal to where I was able to grow and move further up with the company and exceed what I thought wasn’t possible.”
