Joseph joined us in January 2024 as our Specialised Services Manager. He has a background in Facilities Management and many years of experience as a plumbing engineer. Joseph and the team oversee any requests that require a more specialised solution.
Matt joined Ideal in August 2020. He ensures that all office based operations run smoothly for the department. His ability to manage schedules and appointments ensures nothing gets overlooked. Thanks to Matt’s background he is very efficient with a range of software and platforms making his a key asset to the development of the team.
