Time and Money Saving – Foam Gel Cleaning Methods for Cooling Towers
Removing the pack from cooling towers for routine cleaning is the normal approach but there can be practical difficulties in doing so. Ideal’s Foam Gel method offers a practical alternative to having to remove the pack from a cooling tower. The pack is cleaned in situ using phosphoric acid and chlorine dioxide foam applied through a pressure jet washer fitted with a venturi device and foam lance, saving time and money, whilst still fully complying with the HSE’s Approved Code of Practice.
