Ideal Services Group is a LCA (Legionella Control Association) Registered Company and through its ISIS (Ideal Specialised Industrial Services) division provides a comprehensive range of services designed to control the risk of legionella. These include legionella risk assessment, clean and disinfection services for cooling towers including a full refurbishment service and tank fed domestic water systems together with hot and cold-water monitoring, inspection services and legionella analytical services countrywide.
Removing the pack from cooling towers for routine cleaning is the normal approach but there can be practical difficulties in doing so. Ideal’s Foam Gel method offers a practical alternative to having to remove the pack from a cooling tower. The pack is cleaned in situ using phosphoric acid and chlorine dioxide foam applied through a pressure jet washer fitted with a venturi device and foam lance, saving time and money, whilst still fully complying with the HSE’s Approved Code of Practice.
We support our staff through the provision of training, information and clear and open lines of communication and by ensuring they have the right equipment and technical support to fulfil their roles
The staff are involved in regular review meetings where ideal can give an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of their performance.
It is inevitable that on occasions some staff will be unable to attend work. In such cases they are instructed to to advise their Area Manager by phone at the earliest opportunity, thus enabling cover to be arranged.
