After joining Ideal, in 2017, as a mobile cleaner Andrew showed great determination and responsibility in his role. His leadership, attitude and commitment in the role meant he was a ‘Ideal’ candidate for East Midlands Regional Manager. Although there have been tough times he claims “I’ve had fantastic support from everyone at Ideal to where I was able to grow and move further up with the company and exceed what I thought wasn’t possible.”

Paul Sercombe

Area Manager

Paul joined Ideal In 2016 before he left for retirement, later returning in 2017. Paul is someone who will always drop everything to help others and will always go above and beyond. He has had over 40 years knowledge in area management making him the perfect person for the job.

Paul’s motto in life is “don’t leave it till tomorrow”

John Eley

Area Manager

John started with Ideal in January 2023, he came to us with a wide range of experience as a Supervisor from his previous role in another cleaning company. He is now a Contract Manager with great communication skills and is very organised with arranging cover and additional works. John always goes above and beyond even working outside of hours to get his operatives to work on time! John’s commitment to ensuring we adhere to customer’s contract and to keep them satisfied is unwavering and makes him an asset to the team.

Scott Gilbert

Area Manager

Scott joined Ideal Services Group in February 2023, he previously worked as an Area Supervisor where he was able to develop the people and communication skills that makes him a big hit with his operatives. Scott’s keen eye for detail and his helpful nature is incomparable when it comes to customer requests/queries. With a vast amount of experience in deep cleaning, his level of detail is always a winner with his contracts.
