Daily Cleans

Ideal Cleaning Services provide daily cleaning services to NHS Trusts, Sexual Health Clinics, GP Practices, Dental Clinics and Vaccination Centres.

We are conversant with the new standards, Functional Risk Categories, performance parameters and cleaning frequencies and the Auditing and Monitoring principals for the new national standards.

We can help you determine the Functional Risk Category of each room, agree the responsibilities framework and train our staff on the appropriate cleaning methods and frequencies for each area. Our Area Supervisors will then undertake a regime of audits and inspections to provide you with the required Auditing and Monitoring information.

NHS Standards

Assessments will be carried out in line with the risk and frequency ratings assigned to your site, utilize a blended percentage scale for specific areas and room percentages. This will result in a star rating score, and once completed you will receive a certificate.

Our audits are certified for your assurance they will be sent to you monthly and you will also receive an issue and rectification log for your review and records. This ensures transparency and keeps you informed about the ongoing evaluations and improvements on your premises.

Where do Ideal currently provide cleaning services to the Healthcare Sector?

Since 2000, Ideal have provided cleaning operatives and a dedicated contract management team to undertake specialised cleaning services to the Nottingham NHS Trust at the Queens Medical Centre. As well as the specialist cleaning of; theatres, clinics and consultation facilities, Ideal provide and manage the delivery of domestic services to the Ear, Nose and Throat and Ophthalmology units.

We also provide routine cleaning services to numerous GP surgeries across the Midlands.

How long would we have to ‘sign up’ for Ideal's services?

We have rolling contracts, there’s no minimum or fixed term. To end an agreement, just three months notice is required by either party.

We review programmes to ensure the best value for money for your needs, and our prices are reviewed in line with statutory pay increases.
