An individual to join our Senior Management Team, who is looking for a long term, stable career opportunity, where they can grow and develop their own department within the business.

Background

Ideal’s Industrial Services Department provides cleaning and support services across a wide range of business, commercial, public and industrial sectors. Services include: – Legionella Control Services, Clinical Cleans, Food Factory Cleans, High Level Cleans, Confined Space Cleans, Industrial Maintenance and Shutdown Cleans. Due to the impending retirement of the current manager the company are now looking to recruit a manager to grow and take the department forward under the “Specialised Services” banner.

Initial package

Salary: between 40 & 48K, depending on experience; company car, a good pension, healthcare package, 25 days holiday per Anum (ex-Public Holidays).

This is a salaried position therefore the successful candidate must be flexible to suit the needs of the Department/Business, which will include occasional working of unsociable hours and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• To fully manage all aspects of the Department, including operations, health and safety and HR functions.
• To sell and market the departments services and explore new business and service opportunities.
• Full responsibility for departments P/L
