David joined the company in 2023 as Senior Facilities Manager to establish the FM department. With over 20 years’ experience within facilities management industry, David oversees the day-to-day operations, projects and technical Support for the department at the same time ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. Jessica joined the FM department as our Facilities Support Assistant in early 2024 With over 5 years’ experience within facilities management, she brings extensive knowledge of the Healthcare’s Hard & Soft Services and works closely with the NHS. Jessica oversees the day-to-day low level operations and assists our clients in meeting their legislation and compliance
Janette transferred over to Ideal in 2018, upon their acquisition of Ashleys Services.
