David joined the company in 2023 as Senior Facilities Manager to establish the FM department. With over 20 years’ experience within facilities management industry, David oversees the day-to-day operations, projects and technical Support for the department at the same time ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. David enjoys the busy day-today challenges and meeting customer expectations.

Jessica Burton

Jessica joined the FM department as our Facilities Support Assistant in early 2024 With over 5 years’ experience within facilities management, she brings extensive knowledge of the Healthcare’s Hard & Soft Services and works closely with the NHS. Jessica oversees the day-to-day low level operations and assists our clients in meeting their legislation and compliance

Janette Cooper

Janette transferred over to Ideal in 2018, upon their acquisition of Ashleys Services. With a background in customer services management spanning over 20 years, she’s always had a keen interest in facilities management. When Ideal’s FM department was established she identified a learning opportunity, and joined their team.  Her responsibilities currently include managing the FM
