Philip joined the company in 1989 to establish our Hygiene Division. He was appointed to the Board in 1994 and became Group Managing Director in December 2006. Gavin joined Ideal in 2005 and became Company Secretary in 2008. Gavin was appointed to the Board in November 2017.
